This policy explains what Bill Splitters (billsplitters.com) collects when you visit, how we use it, and your choices. Bill Splitters is operated by P50 Digital LLC ("we", "us").

What we collect

• ZIP code. If your link includes a ZIP code, or you type one, we use it to show offers for your area and pass it to the company you choose so their form can be pre-filled.
• Link details. Tracking values in the link you opened (for example affiliate ID, sub ID, campaign and source), so we and our partners know where the visit came from.
• Visit and click information. Which offers you view, click or call, the date and time, your device type (phone or computer), and the name of your internet or mobile network. We use a cookie with a random ID to count unique visitors.
• Information you give a partner. When you click or call, you leave our site. Anything you give that company (name, phone, email, etc.) is covered by their privacy policy, not ours.

We do not ask for your name, phone number or email on this site.

How we use it

• To show offers that fit your area and to run and improve the site.
• To measure visits, clicks and calls, prevent fraud, and get paid by our partners.
• To comply with law and protect our rights.

Who we share it with

• The company you click or call. We pass your ZIP code, state, and the tracking values from your link (and which offer and position you chose) to that company.
• Service providers that host and secure the site (for example Cloudflare).
• Authorities when required by law.

Sharing tracking and click information with partners who pay us may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state privacy laws.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by emailing privacy@p50digital.com with the subject "Do Not Sell".

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. Email us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.

Cookies

We use a small first-party cookie to count unique visitors. Partner sites you visit use their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Data retention and security

We keep visit and click records only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards to protect them.
